When you receive your package...(THIS IS IMPORTANT) Contact me within 24-48 hours of receiving DAMAGED item only. If it is after the 48 hour time frame, no matter when you opened it, I will not process the claim, that will be turned over for you to do through the USPS.

I cannot help you if these items are not received within the specific timeline.
If you receive your item and it is damaged and deemed to be the fault of shipping company, you will receive a new item the same as you ordered. If that item is no longer available, you will receive a refund.
I will not refund just because " you do not like the item" so please pay close attention to the descriptions, and communication is key.
Once order is placed I will NOT cancel for a refund. When your order is placed, part of the item is ordered on your behalf or I have partially started production.
